This Privacy Policy explains how Metztli Cocina Bar ("we," "us"), the restaurant at 255 Williams Blvd, Richland, WA 99352, collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website or contact us through it.

Information You Give Us

When you send our reservation form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number and email, your party size, the date and time, and the occasion or seating request if you add one. The form also records which page and language you sent it from, and whether you checked the box to receive text messages.

Please do not put health details, such as food allergies or medical conditions, in the form. Call us instead and we will go over ingredients with you. We do not need health information to hold a table.

Information Collected Automatically

Like almost every website, our web host keeps standard server logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. It uses them to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and Tools on This Site

Our own website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser. The open or closed notice on our pages is worked out in your browser from our posted hours and is not sent anywhere.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media pixels, session recording or heatmap tools on this site. If we add one, we will update this policy and the date above.

Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so simply viewing a page does not send your information to any other company.

We use what you send us to hold and confirm your table and to answer you. We do not sell your information.

• A form delivery service, which receives what you typed and passes it to our email inbox.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, such as a valid court order.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your reservation at that number.

Our form also has an optional checkbox for text messages. If you check it, you agree to receive text messages from Metztli Cocina Bar about your reservation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase: you never have to check the box to send the form or to dine with us. We do not share your number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Your Choices

• See or correct your information. Contact us and we will tell you what we have and fix anything that is wrong.
• Delete it. Contact us and we will delete what you sent us, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us, or let us know.
• Your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

Children's Privacy

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your request as long as we need it for your reservation and basic business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
